We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


To ensure order security, we may request additional verification, including a selfie to confirm the identity of the person placing the order.


Yes, we require a photo of your ID during online checkout. You’ll also need to present the physical ID to the delivery driver at the time of delivery to verify that you are the person who placed the order.


Our driver will notify you 20–30 minutes before arrival. If you are not physically present at the time of delivery, we will be unable to complete the transaction and will need to reschedule your order for the next available route. Please note, we cannot leave the order with anyone other than the person who placed it.


Only the person who placed the order is authorized to receive it. The person must be 21+ to place an order or must have a medical recommendation (18+) . Customer must be home or at said address. 


We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be provided. If you receive a defective product—such as a non-working or clogged vape cartridge—we offer a replacement within 48 hours.


Yes, the minimum purchase amount required for delivery varies by location. Your order must meet the minimum to qualify for delivery.

Tipping your driver is appreciated but not required.


Yes, there is a $5 delivery fee. However, the fee is waived for orders with a subtotal over $100.


Deliveries usually take between 30 to 90 minutes. During peak traffic hours or high-volume days, delivery times may be longer. If there’s a significant delay, our team will contact you with an update.


Our delivery hours are Monday through Sunday, 9am to 8:30pm. Orders place an hour before closing may be subjected to next day delivery. Closed on certain holidays.

Yes, the person who placed the order must be present to receive it and show valid photo ID.


We provide on-demand cannabis  delivery throughout the greater Sacramento area, along with scheduled deliveries to Lincoln, Galt, Lodi. 


We also delivery in the San Jose Area along with scheduled deliveries to Santa Clara,Campbell,Sunnyvale, Milpitas, Fremont.
